درب اول مشکلات کسب و کار کجاست؟
در جامعه ای که در آن مسائل و مشکلات اقتصادی فراوانی یافت می شود بدیهی است که دولتمداران و کارسناسان به دنبال راه حل های کارآمد باشند. به این ترتیب که با عارضه یابی و ریشه یابی فرایندها و اصلاح در ساختار مدیریتی و … بتوانند پیشنهاد های خود را مربوطه ارائه نمایند.
اما کمتر کسی به این توجه دارد که ریشه و درب ابتدایی مشکلات کجایت. همانطور که خود دولمتداران بیان می کنند برخی از مشکلات کشور ناشی از زیاده خواهی برخی مدیران و نا کارامدی آنهاست. اما پرسش اصلی اینجاست که چطور می شود که چنین فرایندی به این نقطه برسد؟
شاید گشتن به دنبال راه حل بدون در نظر گرفتن درب ابتدایی این مشکلات به طور کامل تاثیر گذار نباشد. پس لازم خواهد بود که حتما به درب اول مراجعه کنیم. به این ترتیب که پرسش های زیر را از خود داشته باشیم. مخصوصا صاحبان کسب و کار و حتی خود مردم جامعه.
- چه شد که این مشکل پیش آمد؟
- چه شد که عده ای توانستند در بین جامعه باعث این مشکلات شوند؟
- چه شد که جامعه اجازه داد افرادی مانند برخی مدیران میانی دولت و برخی سازمان ها که نا کارآمدی آنها مشخص است و یا نتوانستند کارنامه خوبی ارائه کنند و یا بعضا به دنبال جاه طلبی و سود جویی بوده اند پشت میز خود قرار بگیرند؟
- مشکل این جامعه از تولید کننده و خدمات دهنده تا مصرف کننده و خدمات گیرنده در چیست که چنین روخداد هایی بوجود می آید و فرصت برای سود جویان فراهم و یا راه برای افرادی با توانمندی های کم و عدم مدیریت برای دستیابی به میز های تصمیم گیرنده باز می شود؟
- چطور این جامعه به این مشکل که درون خود آهاد مردم قرار دارد چیست؟
- آیا همین موضوع مورد سوء استفاده جاه طلبان قرار نمیگیرد؟
- چطور صاحبان کسب و کار را می توان متوجه این مشکل کرد؟
- چه راهکاری برای حل این مشکل وجود دارد؟
- و …
بدیهی است مدیری که دانش کافی مدیریت را ندارد احتمال زیاد خرد این را هم نخواهد داشت که خودش جایگاه خودش را به مدیری با دانش کافی بدهد چه رسد به کسی که تنها برای سود جویی و جاه طلبی و سوء استفاده از موقعیت های مدیریتی در این قسمت وارد می شود.
بدیهی است که صاحبان کسب و کار نباید خود را جدای از دولت بدانند و خود جوش و فعال هم دست در دست خودشان دهند و بدنه دولت که بخشی از خودشان است را با ارائه پیشنهادات با دیدگاه های دقیقتر تقویت کنند
